Company was very helpful in what should be done such as having fire department check that there was not a fire and verify it was a Freon leak They managed to have a technician the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the break. Technician was very friendly.

I think having them check our ac/furnace will prolong the life of it. They are always very professional and polite. We also had a problem with the furnace. It needed a part so he bypassed it so we could have heat. The part came in in 3 days. They came out and installed it. Only payed for labor. Love First Class Heating & Cooling!

Efficient, professional. New construction home…I requested quotes from a few different sources. Dewayne gave us multiple options, thoroughly explained each of them and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive. The entire experience was easy and has gone very smooth. Cherish in the office…well she is amazing. Cherish makes you feel like family from the first phone call. She makes communication easy and payment easy. She is definitely an asset to First Class. Caleb and another technician (I didn’t get his name) installed everything. They kept the area clean and free of trash. They were both polite and respectful. Thank you all for being apart of our home build.

Apparently my hotwater heater was seeping gas, as I later learned through Spire. I thought my cat was getting kitty dementia.

And a special thanks to Michael with First Class Heating and Cooling! He's very personable, kind, and efficient. He got me up and running in no time flat. Hopefully this one will last as long as the last.
