Michael showed up when scheduled and got right to work. When finished advised me of condition of furnace and AC and worked performed.

I have used First Class for emergencies as well as regular maintenance for my home and business and they have always been wonderful I receive a reminder to call and schedule my service visits, scheduling is easy. We turned our Air conditioning on for the first time this season and it was making an unusual sound. We called 1st Class Heating and Cooling and they sent a Technician, Michael out. He explained the situation, we were comfortable with his finding. Have had no issues since. Thank You for your quick response to our call for help. We always have a good experience with 1st Class Heating and Cooling. They are very thorough and what we appreciate more than anything is they take the time to explain the situation and how they will execute a plan to remedy the situation.

I had a water leak in my front yard. First Class Heating and Cooling found where the leak and got it fixed. So happy with the wonderful job they did.
