Mike was professional, quick and explained things in a way I could understand them. I felt like he cared about offering only what was needed and didn't try to upsell me. I'm so glad I got a second opinion after being told our entire unit should be replaced, because it was not the case. I will continue to use First Class Heating and Cooling for future needs. Mike and Dallas were super great techs..and very professional. It was the price of repairs that hurt! Gonna go to Dr. now to see if I can get a prosthetic arm and leg reattached. 😀

Technicians were nice, but said they could find nothing wrong. My A/C worked for less than 24 hrs. and then quit again. Now I'm not sure WHEN they'll come back since we are in the middle of a heat advisory. I'm 72 & have congestive heart failure - this is a big deal for me to be without A/C.

House was not cooling down, wouldn’t go below 80. They were out within 24 hours after I called them. The tech was nice and friendly and got to work quickly. He was in and out within about 30/45mins and the house was already cooling down. Will be calling in the future for any other issues.

First Class is #1 in my book! I had what I thought to be an emergency over the weekend. Dwayne called me back in a timely manner and we discussed my issue. We settled on a service call, and Mike came out. He assessed the situation and instead of a failing AC unit, he was able to get my old AC running like a race horse! I signed up immediately for the semi annual service and he then checked my furnace and changed the filter. I am now on a Spring and Fall service plan and the price is very reasonable. Mike is super technician, wearing foot coverings in the house, working quickly but thoroughly. He took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you First Class Heating and Cooling, you definitely live up to your name!
