I bought my house in 2010. Installation of the A/C and Heating was originally installed by Hon which was then bought by an employee and renamed First Class Heating. I have been impressed with the honesty, the courtesy, and the professionalism of the staff throughout my home ownership.

The unit is Geo-thermal and developed a rattle when ever it started a heating/blowing cycle. The noise was not loud enough to cause concern but more irritating. First Class sent out a technician shortly after our report and found, in short order, the cause of the noise. It was a loose nut on the fan that was causing the noisy rattle.

I think having them check our ac/furnace will prolong the life of it. They are always very professional and polite. We also had a problem with the furnace. It needed a part so he bypassed it so we could have heat. The part came in in 3 days. They came out and installed it. Only payed for labor. Love First Class Heating & Cooling!
