I have always been happy with the service that I get with First Class Heating and Cooling. I had a major problem with my air conditioning system. They worked to get parts under warranty and got my system up and running again! I appreciate how responsive they were and especially how helpful Mike was.

We had a fan motor go out on our AC system. They had repaired a Freon leak previously and was good so called them with the next problem. They put in a new thermostat because it was needed since the old one was almost unreadable. The fan on the system wasn’t working properly it was late in the day on a Friday and couldn’t get a new fan. They hooked up a used motor to get us through the weekend. They got the new fan on Monday and installed it. Thank you for going above to keep us cool!!

We have a commercial building in Lees Summit and the A/C froze up. We called First Class Heating & Cooling and they were there the next day and added a small amount of freon and that took care of it. Great service & Mike the service technician did a great job communicating what was going on.
