First Class took away our old central air unit and installed our new central air unit. Jeff L. was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable as all the employees at First Class ALWAYS are. Cherish in the office is always very helpful as well. First Class Heating and Cooling is truly first class!

First Class Heating and Cooling really are First Class! I called and left a message before 8am. I received a call back by 8:15am and Mike was here by 9am and listened to everything I had to say. Mike took the time to explain what he found to be the problem. They have always treated us with respect and kindness. I will always call First Class Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs.

I'm more than pleased with First Class Heating. The problem with my furnace was intermittent which made it difficult to diagnose, but because of their persistence and knowledge my furnace is repaired and working well !

Above and Beyond a normal service call. Solved the problem with the A/C Compressor and Air Handler in a short call. Tested and explained why the Heat Pump had issues starting last winter.
