We found out we had a crack in our old furnace and needed to replace it. We got quotes from many places and were recommended to Duane and First Class by a family member who had a great experience. Duane was wonderful to work with, honest and answered all of my questions. Cherish, the office coordinator was always so kind over the phone when I called multiple times for questions. The techs that installed were kind, respectful and in and out. As a young family with a small child in the house, being told that your home’s heating system poses a massive carbon monoxide risk and will be very expensive to fix is jarring. The other 4 companies we contacted for quotes just fired off an estimate, with Duane we felt like people not numbers and we felt important, taken care of and like someone had our best interest in mind. While it’s never fun purchasing an HVAC system, this went as well as it could have and that’s due to the people who work at First Class. Will be recommending them again.
