Above and Beyond a normal service call. Solved the problem with the A/C Compressor and Air Handler in a short call. Tested and explained why the Heat Pump had issues starting last winter.

First Class Heating and Cooling really are First Class! I called Duane and explained what was going on. He told me he would have Mike to my house the next day. Mike was here before noon and listened to everything I had to say. Mike took the time to explain what he found to be the problem. When Mike returned to finish the job, he was very polite and professional.
