I think having them check our ac/furnace will prolong the life of it. They are always very professional and polite. We also had a problem with the furnace. It needed a part so he bypassed it so we could have heat. The part came in in 3 days. They came out and installed it. Only payed for labor. Love First Class Heating & Cooling!

Once again First Class Heating has come to my rescue! My air conditioner stopped cooling last evening during a thunderstorm. Cherish was most helpful when I called this morning and Mike was able to work me into his schedule. He knew what the problem was, had the needed parts and I have cool air.

A few weeks ago, it was so hot hot outside and the fan on my air-conditioning unit kept shutting off. I was thinking I could fix it myself… Which please if you’re thinking of doing that don’t!… But I thought I had it fixed. I have had multiple things going on in my home in the past few months… Flooding in my basement… And multiple eye surgeries. I was honestly so afraid to have a professional come out because I was afraid I couldn’t afford it! But here comes Michael, and I feel so horrible. I can’t remember the young man’s name that was with him! They were very professional and I was so nervous and anxiety. I know I probably looked like a goofball. But here they came, and they fixed my issues with my air conditioner! And it was so affordable that I still am thanking the Lord above that those that came into my world today were so trustworthy. That is the biggest thing for me. I am so so so thankful!

Really great experience all around. Noticed my AC was blowing a bit hotter than usual, called them for a repair and they were able to come out and fix the same day. The technicians were super nice and knowledgeable, we were able to get the problem resolved pretty quickly (bad connector on my outside unit).

Within an hour, our most courteous technician, Michael, responded to our call for help. He found the problem in short order and also took a complete looksee at our system. From scheduling to bill payment, a smooth and, believe or not, enjoyable process. I'll stick with First Class!

Mike was there in less than 24 hrs. New sensor installed. To all who read this the high end train heat pump unit has sensor failures often.
