Great works, on time and finished up with no issues. New furnace runs so well and so runs quietly . Excellent techs. Love it. I should have done it years ago. It was such an easy process. No high pressure sales like others. Next comes my AC soon. It passed city inspection today. 3/11/26 Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

We had an odor coming from our furnace, called 1st class ib the Am., Mike from 1st class arrived in the afternoon. He checked & cleaned the furnace & checked the carbon monoxide sensor to make sure it worked! Was happy that he was able to diagnose & fix our issue! Will call them again if I have any issues!

I think having them check our ac/furnace will prolong the life of it. They are always very professional and polite. We also had a problem with the furnace. It needed a part so he bypassed it so we could have heat. The part came in in 3 days. They came out and installed it. Only payed for labor. Love First Class Heating & Cooling!

Mike came out and looked at the furnace that was lacking to keep in the cold weather. After he looked the system over and found a the issue. Got everything working like it should be!

Duane came out adjusted my dampers, Mike installed some vent work for new addition. Both very friendly. Still some temp issues in a couple of rooms but will continue to work with First Class to get resolved.
